Can Sumoi is Pepe Raventós’s personal natural wine project. It is a high-altitude agricultural estate dating back to 1645—spanning 400 hectares of land, with 20 hectares of vineyards—located in the Montmell massif. It is an ideal setting where Pepe Raventós and Francesc Escala craft wines using low-intervention winemaking methods, without the addition of selected yeasts or sulfites.
